For customers who have already paid their non refundable £40 deposits and having to cancel, the period which you have to rebook and recover your deposit has been extended to 12 months. This is subject to review as it transpires just how long this is going to last.

I will be happy to issue refunds of anything over the £40 people have paid but would ask for your patience and understanding that I won’t be in a position to issue an immediate refund.

Anybody who would be happy to defer their refund and transfer the whole amount to a new booking to take place in the future will be able to do so, even if this is more than 13 months as stated above.
